Turnstiles is a dark fantasy twisting along the abandoned railroad tracks and empty granite mills in Fall River, Massachusetts.  Hometown nightmares are recorded in Kirby's memory and his black covered book.  One boy confronts the horror of long buried secrets and those yet to be.  One man searched the shadows of both his real and imagined past, searching for answers hidden to protect his heart from agony.

Both face pain and secrets a heart has tried to forget, tearing open old hurts,sealing them with new love.  Destiny quides them along converging paths as they embark on a passage toward final conflict and a reconciliation that only one of them desires.
