Artist Links...
I'll be adding more links as I go along.  They are sites of my Freinds, fellow Artists and the Museums I haunt.  The links take you to work that inspires me, or just makes me wonder
Visit them and enjoy them.  Let the artists know you've stopped by, after all, the final stage of art is in the sharing and discussion.  Let them know what you think.

RiverRats Press    This site displays the work of an extremely creative artist, Jim Charette His work is engaging, vibrant and sometimes vulgar and offensive, (not to those who love him). He creates boldly insightful work that dares to look into places we most often turn away from. His commentary is witty, his humor sharp. Spend a little time here and let him know how you feel, he will answer you.

Paul Beaulieu
Paul's work is very realistic, accessible, and tradition.  His skill is extraordinary.  This highly trained artist has studied with artists from around the world.  His work reminds me of a mix of the Hudson River School and Mid-Century Dutch painting.

Brian Fox    If you like highly detailed, realistic portraits, then Brian's site should interest you. His work takes me to places that were visited by Norman Rockwell and Leroy Neiman if they shared a studio, that is. His painting are rendered in majestic tones of gray, and capture some bit of the soul of his subjects. They stand out because of his extraordinary drawing skill and his use of gray as color.

Bob Duff     Bob's work is right out of the Hudson River School. He captures the light and atmosphere of Cape Cod and the Islands. His work is in collections all across this country.

Rene Gagnon  Here is an artist who began life as a graffiti punk.  His work and his tag became locally famous.  Now, he pushes the boundaries of traditional, academic art with the marks and shapes he grew up with.  His work is vibrant, challenging and an awful lot of fun.  Blend a bit of DeKooning, Lichenstien, and Jasper Johns and you might start getting close.

Kim Gatesman   Kim's works crosses some interesting perpspectives.  Her point of veiw and her voice combine to blend figurative and non figurative elements.  I am remendied of Charles Sheeler and John Singer Sargent at the ane time.

Gary Farias  Gary is a painter, musician, philosopher, teacher, comedian and saint, well maybe not quite a saint, but the man gives of himself until it would kill most others.  He is as unselfish a man as I've met, and while that may all seem a bit over the top, those traits contribute to his choice of color, mark and voice in his art work.

Craig Rousseau  Craig was the first comic artist I met, and he showed me without a doubt that the art Artist belongs in that title.  I respect his skill and admire his drive.  He showed me a dreamer fullfilled.

Leonard Dufresne    Leonard is a fellow Swain School Alum.  His work and carrer has been a source of inspiration for a small legion of artists wishing for just a share of his skill and vision.  He is represented by
OK HARRIS gallery in New York, NY.
